How Tracking Works
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email from support@aurelionshop.com with your tracking number and a link to follow the package in real time.
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after they’re placed. Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Find Your Tracking Number
Your tracking number is in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find it:
- Check your inbox for an email from support@aurelionshop.com with the subject line “Your Aurelion order has shipped”
- Check your spam or promotions folder
- If you have an Aurelion account, log in and view My Orders
- Still no luck? Email us at support@aurelionshop.com with your order number and we’ll send your tracking info
Track With the Carrier
Once you have your tracking number, you can track directly on the carrier’s website:
- USPS — usps.com/tracking
- UPS — ups.com/tracking
- FedEx — fedex.com/tracking
- DHL — dhl.com/tracking
Common Tracking Statuses
- Label Created — Your order is being prepared, but the carrier hasn’t picked it up yet
- In Transit — Your package is on its way
- Out for Delivery — Your package is on the truck and will arrive today
- Delivered — Your package has been delivered to the address provided
- Exception — Something unexpected happened (weather delay, address issue, etc.) — contact us if it persists
Tracking Says Delivered, But It’s Not Here
Don’t panic. This happens occasionally. Try the following:
- Check around your home — front porch, back door, garage, with neighbors
- Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally get scanned as delivered before the carrier completes the route
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim
- Email us at support@aurelionshop.com if unresolved within 5 business days — we’ll help investigate
Order Hasn’t Arrived in 10+ Days?
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@aurelionshop.com with:
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve it — replacement, refund, or new shipment depending on the situation.
International Orders
International shipping is not currently available. Aurelion ships within the United States only. We hope to expand soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
