Orders
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes and cancellations are not always possible. If you need to modify or cancel, email support@aurelionshop.com within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.
I never received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us at support@aurelionshop.com with the email used at checkout and we’ll resend it.
Shipping
Where does Aurelion ship?
Currently we ship across the United States. International shipping is not available yet, but we hope to expand soon.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free U.S. shipping on orders $85+
- Orders below $85 are charged calculated shipping based on destination and weight, displayed at checkout

How long does delivery take?
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order is processed. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional cost.
My tracking shows delivered but I never got it. What now?
This happens occasionally. Please:
- Check with neighbors and your local carrier
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- If unresolved within 5 business days, email support@aurelionshop.com
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy.
How do I return an item?
Email support@aurelionshop.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements in inches and centimeters. If you’re between sizes, size up for an oversized streetwear fit or size down for a closer athletic fit.
Aurelion runs true to size, oversized, or small?
Our pieces are designed with a modern athletic fit — true to size for most. Hoodies are slightly relaxed for layering. Joggers are tapered through the leg.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
No problem — you have 15 days from delivery to return for a full refund. See our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Products & Materials
What materials does Aurelion use?
Each product page lists specific fabric composition. We focus on premium cotton blends, performance-grade polyester, and fleece designed for both training and street wear.
Are Aurelion products unisex?
Yes — Aurelion is designed to be worn by everyone. Our sizing is unisex.
How should I care for my Aurelion gear?
Care instructions are on the inside label of each piece. General guidelines:
- Machine wash cold with similar colors
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Do not iron prints or graphics directly
When will sold-out items be restocked?
Some pieces are limited drops and won’t return. For restock notifications, sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Aurelion does not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers using industry-standard encryption.
Do you offer payment plans or buy-now-pay-later?
We’re working on adding installment payment options. Stay tuned.
Why was my order declined?
Common reasons:
- Incorrect billing information
- Card expired or insufficient funds
- Bank flagged the transaction (call your bank to authorize)
- Address mismatch with billing address
Try again with corrected information, or contact your bank.
Account
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view order history.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions. Reset emails come from support@aurelionshop.com — check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@aurelionshop.com requesting account deletion. We’ll confirm and process within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
