Welcome to Aurelion. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aurelionshop.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Aurelion Inc., a corporation registered in the State of New York, USA (“Aurelion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Eligibility
By using the Site, you represent that:

- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
- You will provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Account Registration
You may browse the Site without an account, but a registered account is required to complete certain transactions. You are responsible for:

- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@aurelionshop.com
3. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, colors, and pricing. However:
- Colors may appear differently on different screens
- Sizing may vary slightly between batches
- Inventory is limited and products may sell out without notice
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the products at the listed price. The order is not accepted until we send a confirmation email and the payment is processed.
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout
- Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers
- Aurelion does not store full credit card numbers on its servers
- All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, or inventory limitations. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded in full.
5. Shipping
Shipping policies, costs, and delivery timelines are described on the Site at checkout and in our Shipping & Returns page. In summary:
- Free U.S. shipping on orders $85+
- Orders below $85 incur calculated shipping based on destination and weight
- International shipping availability and rates vary by country
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
Aurelion offers a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Full details, eligibility, and process are described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items, accessories, and personalized items may be excluded from returns where indicated.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, designs, product names, and the AURELION wordmark — is owned by Aurelion Inc. or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, servers, or accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security features
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Resell our products without our written authorization
- Engage in any activity that harms Aurelion, other users, or third parties
We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
9. User-Generated Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site or tag us on social media:
- You grant Aurelion a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for marketing and operational purposes
- You represent that you own or have the right to share the content
- You are responsible for any content you submit
We may remove user-generated content at our discretion without notice.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelion Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aurelion Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or damages — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the Site or products
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive any objection to venue.
You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it will be permanently barred.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent changes. Material changes will be posted on the Site and, where feasible, communicated via email. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurelion regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements.
