This page outlines our shipping and returns policies. By placing an order with Aurelion, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping

Where We Ship

We ship across the United States. International shipping is not currently available, but we hope to expand soon.

Shipping Costs

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders $85+
  • Orders below $85 are charged calculated shipping based on destination and weight, displayed at checkout

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days after processing (where available, additional cost)

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and your local carrier
  2. Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number
  3. If unresolved within 5 business days, email support@aurelionshop.com so we can assist

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to help resolve issues.

Address Errors

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can:

  • Reship to the corrected address (additional shipping costs apply)
  • Refund the order minus original shipping costs

We want you to love your Aurelion gear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” at checkout
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse, wear, or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@aurelionshop.com within 15 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  1. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable)
  2. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  3. Ship the package using the provided label or your preferred carrier

Return Shipping

  • Customer-paid returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item)
  • Defective or wrong items: We cover return shipping costs in full
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Aurelion is not responsible for returns lost in transit

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and approval status:

  • Approved returns: Refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Refund amount: Full refund of item price minus original shipping costs (if any)
  • Bank processing: Your bank may take additional time to display the refund (typically 3–5 business days)

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the replacement

This ensures the fastest turnaround and inventory accuracy.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact support@aurelionshop.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. No need to return the damaged item unless we request it.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take time to officially post
  3. Contact your bank
  4. If still unresolved, email support@aurelionshop.com

Sales and Promotions

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout — they cannot be added retroactively
  • Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated
  • Sale items may have different return restrictions, noted at the time of purchase
